1. Pre-Order & Production Nature of Goods

Many of our items are offered on a pre-order basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-manufactured garment that is subject to a 4 to 6 week production and bulk transit window, followed by a 3 to 5 business day delivery period.

 No Cancellations: Because production quantities are locked in based on the exact number of orders received, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded once the ordering window closes and production begins.

2. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—including but not limited to clothing designs, graphics, hand-drawn typography, logos, brand names, images, and marketing materials—is the exclusive property of the brand and is protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs or media is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability & Carrier Responsibility

 We are responsible for creating, packaging, and handing your order over to the shipping carrier.

 Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, the brand is not liable for any delivery delays, transit damages, or packages marked as "Delivered" that are lost or stolen. Any disputes regarding delivery must be handled directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.

4. Direct Communication & Customer Support

We value our community and handle all business operations with integrity. If you have any legitimate order issues, questions, or address corrections (within 24 hours of purchase), please reach out to our official support channel. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban users who engage in fraudulent chargebacks or harassment.

5. Governing Law

These terms and your use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
