Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our items are released in highly limited quantities and specific production runs, our return policy is structured as follows:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the exclusive nature and limited availability of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyers' remorse or incorrect size selection.

 Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on each product page before completing your purchase.

2. Damages and Order Errors

We take immense pride in the quality of our garments. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we want to make it right immediately.

 You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at (support@ihatedrugs.com).

 Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 If a replacement is available, we will ship it out to you at no extra cost. If the item is entirely sold out, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

3. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We can only process exchanges for the exact same item if it arrived damaged or defective, subject to inventory availability. Because we run limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that alternative sizes will be in stock.

4. Shipping & Delivered Issues

 Route / Shipping Insurance: If you opted for shipping insurance at checkout and your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly through the insurance link provided in your confirmation email.

 We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
